A flat rate of $75 applies for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Severe weather is the only exception. The photographer reserves the right to decline any shoot if the property is deemed inaccessible, unsafe, under construction, or unprepared for shooting causing tardiness to their next scheduled shoot. The client may be billed for lost time in such cases.
* The ability to fly a drone depends on the weather, as well as proximity to airports, among other factors. I will only fly a drone if it is safe to do so..
As a client of me you are buying a SINGLE USE LICENSE for the duration of your listing.
The ownership of the content remains with me and as such you cannot give or resell the content to any other agent or individual .
