Yes. We provide real estate photography services across Toronto and the GTA. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Cinematic videos are typically around 90 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the package.
Yes. You can book individual services such as HDR photography, cinematic video, drone media, reels, virtual staging, and floor plans.
A flat rate of $75 applies for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Severe weather is the only exception.
The photographer reserves the right to decline any shoot if the property is deemed inaccessible, unsafe, under construction, or unprepared for shooting causing tardiness to their next scheduled shoot. The client may be billed for lost time in such cases.
The ability to fly a drone depends on weather, proximity to airports, and other flight restrictions. Drone media will only be provided when it is safe and legally permitted to fly.
You are purchasing a single-use license for the duration of your listing.
We retain ownership of the content, and it may not be given or resold to another agent or individual.
